How do I dynamically add/update a FormView?

I have an application which have several Forms. All of them contain the same FormView and different controls. I do not want to add the FormViews on each Form (at the moment I have about 150 forms). So I have thought I can do the following:

But there is a problem. When I get the FormViews I cannot find the constructor for MyForm2. The constructor expects an argument of type MyForm1.
Any ideas how to dynamically add a FormView?

I do not want to add a button to the forms
I want to use my own FormView
I need to use a form because I need to create a custom control


I don’t know if it’s a good way to do this, but I came up with a workaround.
Instead of using a FormView, I create a custom control and dynamically add/remove/update the controls from the control’s Controls collection. This way I can freely add/update the controls, which is not possible with FormView.
As this is a custom control, it’s very easy to work with. I have also defined my controls as DependencyObjects, so that I can add/remove the controls easily.
Since the controls are declared as DependencyObjects I can do this:
MyControl c = new MyControl();

When I remove a control, I just remove it from the collection like this:
